By accessing or using HolistiQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

HolistiQ Premium offers monthly, annual, and lifetime subscription plans. All subscriptions are billed automatically at the beginning of the billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

3. User Generated Content

You retain all rights to any content (journal entries, logs) you submit, post or display on or through HolistiQ. By submitting content, you grant us the right to securely store it to provide you the service.

4. Medical Disclaimer

HolistiQ is a wellness tool, not a medical device. The information provided is for educational and tracking purposes only. Always consult a physician before beginning any new exercise or meditation program.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
